Refund Policy

At Sinsily, we aim to provide high-quality, customised car accessories you’ll love. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

✅ Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the customised nature of our LED Doorstep Lights, refunds are only granted under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order was never delivered (based on valid tracking)

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sinsily.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the item
  • A brief explanation of the issue

❌ Non-Refundable Items

  • Customised products with names, logos, or messages are non-refundable unless defective.
  • Change of mind or incorrect name entry by the customer does not qualify for a refund.

🔁 Exchanges

We may offer a replacement instead of a refund if the product is defective or incorrect. This will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

💡 Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has been approved but not received within 7–10 business days, check with your bank or contact us.

We reserve the right to deny refunds for cases that do not meet the criteria above.
